If you love rosewood, but wish it did not have the scoop, love Maple, wish it was not so bright and harsh, Myrtle yields all these attributes with none of those downsides! Add the attributes and tonal qualities of multi-scale you have tone monster! Bass is nice and tight with tons of punch and presence, all with a very balanced sweet and smooth top end, and most importantly the throaty mids that make a guitar cut in a mix.
