Neural Capture
Since its release, Neural Capture has transformed how players approach tone, delivering unmatched accuracy in capturing and replicating amps, cabs, and drive pedals. Artists and engineers alike have praised how real and responsive it feels to play. Now that same groundbreaking technology lives inside the Nano Cortex, giving you professional-grade captures in a fraction of the space.
Pre-Effects
Shape your tone before the amp with a deep lineup of pre-effects. Utility tools include Adaptive Gate, Utility Gate, and Volume, while the compressors cover Legendary 87, Solid State, VCA, and Opto flavors. Wahs include Bubba, Bass, Crying, and Crying Clyde, with Love Meat and Envelope Filter for movement. Guitar overdrives range from Obsessive Drive, OD250, and Rodent Drive to Exotic, Chief OD1, Chief BD2, Facial Fuzz, Exotic Z Boost, and Green 808. Bass players get the Microtubes B3K and Exotic Bass Z Boost, and there’s a Transpose pitch effect as well.
Post-Effects
Finish your sound with studio-quality post-effects. Compressors return in stereo versions, and the Doubler adds instant width. Modulation includes MX Flanger, Dream Chorus, Chorus 229T, Chief CE2W, Chief DC2W, MX Phase 95, and MX Vibes. Delays cover Tape, Analog, Digital, Dual, Dual Reverse, and Circular, while reverbs span Room, Hall, Modulated, Ambience, Cave, and Mind Hall.
EQ and Input Gate
Dial in the final shape with a Parametric-3, Low-High Cut, and Graphic-9 EQ. NanOS 2.0.0 also adds a built-in Input Gate at the very start of the signal chain, so you can eliminate unwanted noise without giving up an effect slot for a noise gate.
