The Ernie Ball Music Man Majesty Premium Select takes John Petrucci’s signature model to an even more refined place, pairing the Majesty’s futuristic comfort and speed with a carefully chosen tonewood recipe built for clarity, sustain, and power.
At the center is a mahogany through-body neck for rich resonance and sustain, matched with lightweight alder wings and a thick maple top that adds definition, snap, and presence. It is the same kind of balanced formula John has favored in his own Majesty builds, giving the guitar a focused voice that feels just as at home under high-gain precision as it does with clean, expressive passages.
Built for serious performance, the Majesty Premium Select features a fast Slim C neck profile, a 17” radius ebony fingerboard, and stainless steel frets for effortless playability across the entire neck. Electronics include John Petrucci’s signature DiMarzio Rainmaker and Dreamcatcher humbuckers, flexible coil-splitting, mono/stereo output options, and an adjustable +20dB boost for when you need to step forward in the mix.
The hardened steel tremolo is loaded with Fishman Powerbridge piezo saddles, giving you access to acoustic-like textures without reaching for another instrument. Fast, versatile, and incredibly expressive, the Majesty Premium Select is built to keep up with the highest level of modern playing
