Pre-owned and in excellent overall shape with very little wear. The only notable cosmetic detail is a light marking on the top of the cabinet from the rubber feet of the amp head, which is common with head-and-cab setups. Otherwise very clean and fully functional with little to no play time.
Comes with both slip covers and manual.
The Mesa/Boogie California Tweed captures the organic feel and response of classic ’50s tweed circuits while adding Mesa’s modern flexibility. This single-channel design keeps things simple and musical with Normal and Low inputs, along with Gain, Treble, Mid, Bass, Presence, Reverb, and Master controls. Mesa’s long-tank all-tube spring reverb and a fully buffered tube-driven FX loop round out the feature set.
Powered by four 6V6 power tubes, Mesa’s patented Incremental Multi-Watt™ power section provides five selectable power modes via a rotary switch: 40W, 30W, 20W, 10W, and 2W, allowing you to dial in the right amount of headroom and breakup for any setting.
The included California Tweed 2x12 cabinet features two Alnico speakers wired for a 4-ohm load. Its open-back design delivers a wide, full sound with smooth highs and a punchy low end while remaining surprisingly lightweight.
