The Josh Williams Hollowbird is a fully hollow electric that blends vintage inspiration with modern precision and feel. Built with pressed maple top, back, and sides, it delivers a warm, balanced voice with a soft attack and an open, airy response that feels alive in your hands.
Inspired by classic double cutaway hollowbody designs, the Hollowbird features a 19th fret neck joint for improved upper fret access while maintaining a traditional look and resonance. It is lightweight, comfortable, and extremely responsive both acoustically and plugged in.
Typically equipped with Lollar P90 dogear pickups and hand wired electronics, the Hollowbird offers articulate, dynamic tone with excellent touch sensitivity. Clean tones are woody and detailed, while pushed sounds break up smoothly with a natural, expressive character.
