Lark Guitars Difference: Lark Guitars takes great pride in making sure your shipment will arrive timely, correctly and as hassle free as possible. With the massive shift to more remote ordering of guitars and instruments, this process can be exasperating at times. It is our goal to minimize any of this feelings making your transaction from purchase to playing as joyful as possible.
Most orders ship the same or next day. Orders processed on Sunday or Monday will ship Tuesday when we open. Every guitar and amplifier receives a detailed inspection and basic setup (if needed) and undergoes a very detailed packing procedures to protect the integrity of your purchase.

DHL Worldwide express is our first choice when shipping international for timely delivery, care and handling. All shipping rates are for transportation charges only, they do not include VAT, Import Taxes (Customs Fees) or brokerage fees. These vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the purchasing party.

All online purchases include a 48 hour approval period. If not satisfied,YOU MUST contact Lark Guitars within the 48 hour approval period to qualify for a return. Items such as picks, strings, polish/cleaners, wiping cloths, and parts do not qualify for a return. All returned items must be unregistered in the original condition, with all accessories, documentation, and packaging.
Lark Guitars accepts returns on NEW items as long as arrangements are made for such within 48 hours of purchase for in-store purchases, or within 48 hours of the time you take delivery of your order for online/phone orders. Returned items MUST be in the original condition and with all of the original packing (including owner’s manual, un-used warranty card, any other items that came with the item) in order to qualify for a refund. When shipping your return, be sure to properly insure it for the full purchase price, and pack it in the same manner in which it was received. Shipping must be the same service as shipped to you. Please do NOT write on the product boxes.
All sale, close-out, discounted, over-sized, and special order sales are final. Non-returnable/refundable.

For ANY RETURN made at our discretion after 48 Hours Lark Guitars will charge a minimum 20% restocking fee for returned effects pedals and amplifiers and a minimum 10% restocking fee for Guitars. The only exceptions are for products that are defective.
We understand that every return situation is different, so please feel free to contact the staff prior to your return with any issues you have so we can find the best resolution for everyone involved.
